"This letter is to thank you for the excellent job you did as the general contractor on building the addition to my house this year.
I feel that I was lucky to find you. As soon as you took on the project I felt that it was in good hands and I never changed my mind.
I thought all the subcontractors you hired- for the framing, I thought all the subcontractors you hired- for the framing, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. - did excellent work. I thought that they all respected you and that you had a good, solid relationship with them.
I appreciate that you took care of some of the "extras" involved in the project such as finding someone to move my washer and dryer up from the basement to the new laundry room.
Thank you for accommodating my need for many doctor appointments and for being on hand to be present in the house at times when someone needed to be here and I couldn't.
Also thank you for being such friends with my dog- she adored you!
When I consider the finished product now, I feel kind of amazed that it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Someone you managed to understand what I wanted/needed and then brought it all about!"
